    I would like to inform you that now I have made a site https://vkgfreelancerworks.wordpress.com and paid the money for one year.
    Further I have observed that one more site Freelancer online and offline jobs.wordpress.com is also running. I would like to clarifiy that this site was on free terms.
    I request you please close tha t site.

    Wordpress.com doesn’t close sites on demand, only the owner is able to do so. You find instructions to do so at https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/

    Please confirm the said transaction.

    I can’t see that a personal plan purchase been made on this WordPress.com account.

    Is it possible that you have access to multiple WordPress.com accounts?

    If yes, can you tell me the URL of the site connected to that account please.

    Yes, it might be, the payment of Rs. 1920 has been gone to multiple WordPress.com accounts

    I think Multiple WordPress is also part of WordPress.com.

    Now I will write to Multi WordPress. I am sure the payment of Rs. 1920 can be transferred to WordPress.com.

    To be able to look into that we will need to know the URL of the site you have upgraded. To confirm what @aleone89 has said above, there are no upgrades under vkgfreelancerworks.wordpress.com or onlineandofflinefreelancerjobs.wordpress.com

    The site is under another address, yes? Happy to take a closer look.

    I remembered I was watching both the sites
    vkgfreelancerworks.wordpress.com and onlineandofflinefreelancerjobs.wordpress.com

    I am confirming that the money has been utilized for onlineandofflinefreelancerjobs.wordpress.com

    But both the sites are saying there is no upgrades. I am sure the money has gone to wordpress.com.

    I will keep one site out of both sites.

    I see that you provided some transaction info above, but I do not recognize that as being associated with any purchases on WordPress.com. The Transaction ID numbers you shared do not match what we use in your system and have a completely different format from ours.

    Can you locate your WordPress.com transaction ID by following the steps here to find it in your credit card statement? https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#on-your-credit-card-statement
