My sites

    Hello,

    I have about two sites built with WordPress, however when I try to access them through my portal on the ‘my site’ tab I do not see them.

    How do I get this fixed? As my websites are supposed to be attached to this username (cummica)

    And if they are not, what username and/or email are they linked to?

    My websites are:

    cassandracummings.com
    stocksandstilettos.co

    Please help me resolve this problem as soon as possible. I am still receiving emails about my site and how they have been updated to the new WordPress 5.0.2 but am unable to access them in my dashboard to make any changes.

    Hi there,

    http://cassandracummings.com/ has follwing name servers

    ns6348.hostgator.com
    ns6347.hostgator.com

    http://stocksandstilettos.co/ has following name servers

    ns8380.hostgator.com
    ns8379.hostgator.com

    They both are hosted on Hostgator and not on WordPress.com

    Both the website self-hosted installation of the WordPress.org software rather than a WordPress.com-hosted site

    Hope you don’t mind me adding here.

    As @neelgajjar mentioned, your sites are not hosted here on WordPress.com.
    To be able to see those sites on My Site tab they have to be connected to WordPress.com using Jetpack plugin.

    Installing Jetpack

    Connecting Jetpack to your WordPress.com account-

    Jetpack

    Once the Jetpack connection is active you will be able to manage your site from your dashboard on WordPress.com.
