My sites

    I have a site on the e-commerce plan (4fitness) and I am trying to edit the home page header so I can load my logo. When I go to my sites it brings up two sites from about 4/5 years ago and not my 4:fitness one. It has only started to do this since I had to reset my password before that I could access my 4:fitness site.

    Hi there, I think you might just be logged into the wrong account. Can you log out, then log back in using the email address you used to set up 4fitness? If you’re logged into the right account you can reach us by chat here:

    Also, can you confirm the exact address of the site you need help with? It should start with https:// and it often ends in .com. It won’t have any spaces.
