  Hi, so somehow I kept getting redirected while trying to follow the instructions from one of your partner sites and apparently created 3 sites. Can I please have everything deleted and restart the whole process? I don’t want the domain name as jessgilesfiles.com either and would like to restart from scratch…PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

  Hi there,

  Of what partner site are you speaking, and what exactly are you trying to do?

  If you are trying to create a new site on WordPress.com, you have already done that. I see two sites in your account: https://jessmgiles.wordpress.com/ and https://thejessgilesfiles.wordpress.com/. You can switch between those sites by clicking on My Sites ->Switch Site.

  If you want to delete either of those sites, you can do so from Manage ->Settings, but note that if you delete a site, you will not be able to use the same site address again.

  You have not registered any domains with us. If you clicked on a domain upgrade during site creation and now see a notice in the dashboard to complete your purchase, just click on that notice and delete the upgrades from the cart, and the notice will go away.
