my sites aren't loading

  I can access my main sight “compass rosy” but, when I select “switch sites” I get the following message . . .

  Please select a site to open Sites

  Search…
  No sites found

  I can access Letters From GiGi from google but, when I got to edit, not all the options load and I’m not able to add photos (add media selection does nothing)

  any advice appreciated – thanks!

  Hi,

  It sounds like the two sites that you refer to, “compass rosy” and “Letter From GiGi,” may be in different accounts. If that’s the case, then each will have a different login password, username, and account email address. Is this the “compass rosy” site, https://compassrosy.com?

  Thanks for your response but, just to clarify, they have never had different passwords- I’ve always accessed LFG by opening Compassrosy and selecting switch sites without entering a password.
  Also, the part about not all the options loading is also happening on compassrosy.

  I’m able to switch between the two sites in your account and load the editing options, which suggests the issue may be with your browser. It would be great if you could try a couple of things for me:

  1. Clear your browser cache using the steps in this guide:

  Solve Common Browser Issues

  2. Try switching sites in a different browser to see if you have the same problem.

  Let me know how you get on and we’ll go from there.
