"My Sites" comes up blank, WHY? Reader & Stats are OK.

Both on Safari & Firefox, I can log in OK But when i click on “My Sites” nothing shows up.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There were not any missing from the account when i was on there yesterday when this issue first started. They just do not show up on the page after I login when I cliked the “MY SItes” tab in blue on the upper left middle tab.
all that I get is a blank page under your header/logo stuff. This has been the way to access all my sites so that i could choose the one to work on in the moment.I am really getting fruatrated with the chages to the system on these older templates (3-ish? years ago). When i did the last of 4 blogs last year., I had top go to another template than the first 3 because workdpress no longer offer it as a choice.
And themn yesterday ont eh LandResourceGuide.com site, I wanted to change the 1st tab which read “Land Resource Guide” by just adding the word Excerpts at the end, hence “Land Resource Guide Excerpts”.
The way to do this was totally unable for me to find the access from the way it was when I created this site about 2 1/2-ish years ago. It had been eliminated and was gone. I spent 30-45 minutes seaching differnet ways to make this simple change but could not get access to edit let alone find the Tabs access point.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I go some help on and issue the other day with a different issue that no longer is working either. Please see below:

We are in process of launching our creating of an initial 15 sites and growing to about 25-ish over 2 years. I now haver very serious reservations about doing any more sites thru WordPress!

Hi there,
We have a known issue where users who try and open the new My Sites page on the Safari browser while in Private mode are just getting a blank page. Are you viewing the page while in Private or “incognito” mode? If so, could you try checking out the page in normal mode, or else try using one of the other browsers? If you don’t have one downloaded yet you can get them here:

I am not in “private” mode on attempts on both Firefox & Safari.
I was able to get on LandResourceGuide.wordpress.com with link #2 below, but when i went back to do the nxt blog a day later, I could not get access. Did the techie below have a time limit on using that link?
I could not get it work on my other blogliveloveandprosper.org as it was doede for LandResourceGuide.
Can You please send TWO #2 links to get me back on Land resource Guide & blogliveloveandprosper.org. Also could You send me TWO updated #1 links as, on a former LandReeasourcGuide Blog earlier that same day i was able to get on LandReasourceGuide to do one of the blogs thru that when #2 did not work in Safari.

Older version of Firefox (as my computer can not accept newer updates due to age of operating system OSX4.11) would not take anything but the title.
Safari was used with #2 and I was able to publish the 2 blog entires of Sept & Oct., a bit late but done. One using #1 the other with #2
HOWEVER WITH BOTH OF THESE,
The only things I could do for enhancement of text was/is Bold, Italics, Underline and align Left center and right. “PARAGRAPH” was the only font size enhancement that was able to be used. None others engaged.HOWEVER, USING #1 on the blog entitled “Redefining National Security” I WAS UNABLE TO CHANGE THE PUBLISHING DATE FROM TODAY NOV 6 BACK TO THE ORIGINAL ATTEMPT OF SEPT 12, using either Safari or Firefox. until I got it to change only with “Quick Edit” and not it full edit venue.
BUT using #2 on the blog entitiled Grand Jury Courts, I was able to change the publish date from today Nov 6 to it’s original 10/10 in the attempted. publishing date using the full Edit venue.
I am now off to post 2 more late blogs on another blog site.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS AND/OR IDEAS FOR THE OTHER ENHANCEMENTS, especially the font size!!! …with upgrading to premiums for the sites.

Keep in mind that as long as you are logged in to WordPress.com, you can visit either of your sites and use the Admin Bar at the top of the screen to get to either your Dashboard or your post editor that way.

Thanks so very much!Using Safari, on each of the 2 blogs, and on 2 postings each, I was able to use the optic link on 1 and the classic on the other. I could type and to paste on both and bring in it all to a slow completeion. I still have issues using some of the formating buttons: bold, italic, unmderline and r-c-l-both justificaltions. The fonts were very problematic, sometimes working and sometimes not. It took me 2 to 4 hour to format each posting after I had pasted them from a word.doc that was already word formatted.
With Firefox, I could not get anything to take other than in the TItle. So I attempted on only 2 of the 4 postings. On one posting i was able to type a little but it would balnk out after a draft save. It would not allow any pastings.
Very much appreciate at least being able to get the positing up, even though I could not get the formating look I was hoping for.
HOWEVER, from the page that comes in after my standard login, when clicking on “My Sites”, the My Sites came up blank on both Safari and Firefox.

Can you please explain what you mean by issues? Is the button not working? Is it greyed out?

You don’t have the custom design upgrade so you should not be able to change fonts across the board. Can you tell me what fonts are causing you issues?

Please do not copy and paste from Microsoft Word as it causes very messy HTML, which is probably why there were formatting issues. It’s not guaranteed to appear the same when you copy the contents from Microsoft Word and paste it into WordPress.com editor.
We recommend that you:
* write directly to our editor
* use either a plain text editor like TextEdit or Notepad then post to our editor
* use post by email feature (http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-email/)More details can be found here, including a screencast showing how to clean Word text:

This seems like a browser issue. Can you try re-installing Firefox? Make sure you are using the most recent version:

Bold, italic, underline and r-c-l-both justificaltions are the only ones that work. The rest due not.The fonts were very problematic, sometimes working and sometimes not.
By fonts I meant Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3, etc., with the excpetion of Paragraph which was the standard offered.Thanks on your pointers!!!

and it is totally blank with a very pale blue color. Not even your blue band shows up at the top.It’s a mystery to me, for sure. ;>)
so the only way that I know of to access any sites is to have a techie send me the “optin” and “classic” links for that blog.

Although Greek Geeks hosts LandResourceGuide.com, they are a re-sller of sorts, correct?
What I am using from their cache of options is WordPress. Its wordpress software, why would they not service it?You mean they can offer wordpress with paying wordpress something? Whether or not money changes hands. It is wordpress software.
What’s the diff if i do a free site on WordPress or a free site on Green Geeks since its WordPress software and system?

It all depends on your host. Since your host is Green Geeks I don’t have any access to your files. I wouldn’t be able to see what’s going on.
My Mac computer is older and maxed out on updates for Firefox.
As for your WordPress.com site, I’m not sure what this means. The age of your computer would have no effect on number of updates for Firefox. I would contact the support team at Firefox about why you can’t update the browser.

My older mac has an operating system of OS X 4.11 which works on many things requiring a minimum mac of OS X 5.O. The Firefox version 3.6.28 is as far as my mac will support. It can not accept later updates.
