My sites doesnt work

  Hello,
  I have continuous alerts (jetpack) about a site, which I no longer have access, I want to delete this site from my account, but it does not appear, what can I do?

  Hi there,

  It looks like the site mentioned not hosted by WordPress.com.

  These email alerts can be sent if your site was recently deleted or removed.

  These are the directions on how to disconnect the Jetpack plugin.

  If you don’t disconnect Jetpack and/or disable the Monitor module before taking the site down, these messages continue to be sent since our system doesn’t know the difference between a site being down due to hosting problems or if it’s down because you’ve chosen to take it down.

  I’m going to tag this post with MODLOOK so a Staff member can look into this further for you. :-)

  Hi @khallll, can you try the steps @hbattick mentioned? If that still doesn’t work, let us know and we can remove the site from our end when you’ve completed as much as you can.

  Hello,

  Thanks for the help, the thing is that nothing appears on “my site” section, there is just an infinite loading..

  Thanks, @khallll. I’ve disconnected the site for you and filed a report to see if we can fix whatever issue kept you from being able to disconnect on your own.
