My site was automatically updated to WordPress 4.0.6 now it is temporally unavailable and it seems that all of my content has been deleted.
Does anyone know how or why this would happen?

I apologize if I am unexpectedly taking up your time XXXXXX with unrelated comments about my site.
The site I am inquiring about is http://kellypickering.wordpress.com/ which I believe ends in .com and would constitute a forum post at wordpress.com.
The issues I am having is my content is not appearing on my site and my custom URL is not redirecting.
If anyone know why this may be happening I would really value their input.

Your name severs indicate you are hosted on Godaddy and not WordPress.COM, also there is no Domain Mapping to a blog here – so my original advice above still stands, you are in the wrong forum

I apologize for my confusion, with your responses auxclass.
I am commenting on this forum while logged into my wordpress.com account and accessing http://kellypickering.wordpress.com/ through the same account. Also all of my content was hosted and saved on my wordpress account and not godaddy. The custom domain is purchases through godaddy. No hosting associated.
This has been working for two plus years and now is not.
Does someone else have any information as to why this issue may be occurring?

Contact your host Godaddy – maybe they have an idea – or go over to WordPress.ORG and ask in their help forum – your content on KELLYPICKERING.COM is not hosted on WordPress.COM
