"My Sites" not loading.

  I’ve cleared my cookies and emptied my cache, but I am still not able to view anything when I click on “My sites.” The other links (ie. “Stats”) works. Please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Having the same issue. The page loads but none of the existing sites connect to it and cannot create new sites?

  Ah thanks for clarifying Timethief! Both the Dashboard page you linked (sitename.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs) and the WordPress.com page (wordpress.com/sites) should load a user’s blogs. If you notice any users having trouble with the page loading, definitely let us know!

  Can you explain what you mean by “none of the existing sites connect to it”? Could you give me the URL of a site on your account that you are not seeing there?

  @timethief – I did end up getting to that link prior to your comment as a result of clicking on the house shaped icon when I go to stats. So that’s been how I’ve been able to edit blogs that are in my drafts. But thank you for letting everyone/anyone who’s been having the same problem know! @jeremylduvall, the link you’ve posted (https://wordpress.com/sites/) still does not work.

  @monalisamoon – Could you clarify what you mean by “does not work”? Does the page load at all? Does it load, but not display any content?

  If you could upload a screenshot of the fully loaded page to your Media Library, that would be very helpful also!

  You can post screenshots and share them with Staff quite easily. You can use http://snag.gy/ to share screenshots. Or you can use the WordPress.com guide I linked to and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.

  Thank you Jeremy. The page that does not work is https://wordpress.com/sites There is a message which says that it is loading my sites, but it never gets there. It just hangs.

  Hi @monalisamoon – I just recently gave this a go in Safari. When I tried to load the page initially, the area where the site titles should be flashed but never loaded. Then, when I refreshed the page, they filled in.

  1. Can you try clicking away to some other page on WordPress.com and then clicking back?

  2. Can you try another browser to see if this is browser related?

  @thunder2h – Can you let me know what browser you’re using?

  @jeremylduvall – I did try reloading the page by clicking back on it after going to another site and it didn’t work. I also only have safari on my computer for a browser so I am not able to try your other suggestion.

  @thunder2h – Could you try the regular version of Firefox just for comparison?

  Not really. I think that would defeat the object of using Tor.

  But understood that that could be the cause of the problem.

  I am managing to get access via “My Blogs”, so if I could access via “My Sites” that would just be a bonus.

  I could go on someone else’s computer and give it a try perhaps. Similar to thunger2h’s situation, I too am able to access the blog a different method (for me it’s been through clicking on the house icon in the stats page) so it’s been doable.
