My sites showing an old blog that I definitely have no ownership of!

I’ve recently gotten access to my account that I haven’t used for a few years. I’ve updated everything and set up a new blog with a few posts. Under ‘My Sites’ another blog is showing up that hasn’t been updated since 2014, to do with writing. I may have followed it all those years ago but I definitely don’t have anything to do with the ownership of it and would like to remove whoever it is linked to my account, but I can’t see how. I’m not actually following it and no obvious option exists to remove it anywhere!
