Hi there,
Are you referring to oliviawilderart.wordpress.com?
If you access to the site, you should be able to see “My Sites” at the top-left part of your screen. If you click on it, you can see the sidebar to edit your site like this: https://cloudup.com/c48FjnUZOWW.
If this information doesn’t help, please elaborate on your issue a little more. It helps us to assist you.
Thanks :) -
Hi there, sorry you are having trouble. Your site loaded very quickly for me, so it is available to visitors.
If you cannot edit your above site, please make sure that your web browser version is up-to-date and that you have allowed javascript and 3rd party cookies.
Other things to try: logging out of WordPressdotcom, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies (which will also log you out of all other sites you may be logged in to), shutting down your browser, and then reopening and logging back in.
Disabling any browser extensions that you have one-by-one to see if they are causing the issue. Ad blockers and anti-virus seem to be the biggest culprits. If this is the issue, you should be able to add an exception for WordPressdotcom.
Other suggestions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
Let us know how that goes.

Thank you, both, for responding. I am sorry I am so frustrated I probably didn’t explain well. I can view my site. BUT when I click on “My sites” it shows a blank page and “loading” forever. It never loads. I cannot access messages or anything.
I have cleared my cache, logged in – even got a new password, etc. to no avail.
Late last night I dusted off my Firefox browser, which I don’t normally use, preferring Chrome. I was able to bring up my sites. It was very late and I went to bed, but I will look into it further. Could be an update in Chrome did something (Those Google updates!!!)
Again, thank you both SO much. I will let you know what I find out. I will take your suggestion, Jennifer and disable extensions one by one and check.
Have a wonderful day! <3 -
Hi there,
Can you check if things work for you if log into an incognito window in Chrome?
If that works, it’s most likely a browser add-on installed in Chrome that’s causing the problem. Ad-blockers, privacy and anti-malware extensions are the usual culprits.
Also make sure that JavaScript isn’t fro some reason disabled in Chrome on your computer:

Something you can try is to reset Chrome completely:
https://www.howtogeek.com/171924/how-to-reset-your-web-browser-to-its-default-settings/
That will remove all add-ons, plugins, toolbars, as well as user profiles bookmarks and history, and it will be like when you first installed it.
Make sure you have your user profile synced before you do this, so you can restore it afterwards, though restoring might cause things to break again. At least that would move you closer to the cause.
You can also try running a malware scan like Malwarebytes, or many antivirus programs these days have a specific feature to scan for hidden/malicious browser add-ons. There might be something in the browser that shouldn’t be there, but that’s hiding from view so you can’t remove it that’s affecting how the browser works.
