My stats are not working

Good evening
It has been one week since I have received any information on traffic from Facebook on my stats! I always share my blog on facebook and most of my traffic comes from there. For one week now, I have not received any traffic from FB, not one!
Can someone tell me if they are having the same problem or if some settings have been changed and I need to do something to get it back?

No, too soon…now it doesn´t work again. Just blogged and shared on FB. Alot of people have commented on FB but nothing coming in stats :(

My stats are not working either. I got an email that someone hit the “like” button and my stats are showing up as zero. How can that be?

Please be aware that Likes, follows, shares and reblogs are not page view stats. In fact, likes, shares and reblogs are completely misleading when you are talking about page view stats. Your followers and anyone with a WordPress.com blog who is logged into WordPress.com can “like”, “share” and “reblog” your posts in several locations such as the Reader, without ever clicking into your blog and creating a single page view stat. Likes, follows, shares and reblogs are not page views. In fact, likes, shares and reblogs are completely misleading when you are talking about page view stats. Your followers and anyone with a WordPress.com blog who is logged into WordPress.com can “like”, “share” and “reblog” your posts in several locations such as the Reader, without ever clicking into your blog and creating a single page view stat.
Comments are gold and likes are as common as grass. That’s due to the prevalence of like button spammers who click only to have your readers click back to their profiles and commercial sites.

That´s exactly what I want to know. My stats are showing traffic from Twitter and those who just happen to find my blog, but nothing from Facebook… really weird.
Hasn´t worked for one week, then all of a sudden it worked yesterday and today, nothing :(

Thank you.. I have noticed it takes time.. but for one week, I did not receive one view from Facebook.. but I know most of my friends view my blog from FB when I share it there, but thank you again.. that will make me very happy :)

I don’t get it. I’m getting people subscribing to my blog/following me via email, but I have no visitors or views. ?? I don’t understand. Makes no sense to me.

Hi @K Svava – I took a look at your stats and they look entirely normal to me. It looks like you get referrer hits from Facebook mostly on days that you publish, which makes sense, since that’s when the posts show up in your followers’ Facebook stream.
@gsiska – It’s possible for people to follow you and like your post without actually visiting your blog itself. If you would like to increase traffic to your actual site, you might try going to Settings->Reading and pick “Summary” for the “For each article in a feed, show” option. Then your followers will only receive an excerpt in their emails, and they’ll have to click through to your blog to read the whole post.

Thank you Eurello. Today my niece signed up to follow my blog…but it didn’t register on my stat sheets. Is it only people with gravitars that show up on the stat sheets? I have 4 random people with gravitor accounts that showed up and that’s all.

I registered a new blog follower….my niece who pressed the follow button an hour before I got the confirmation. Now my stats are saying I have one visitor for the day, but 5 views from America and 5 views from Canada. Is it the same visitor? or should I have 2 visitors?

There’s also a link at the top of that screen for “Email-only followers” (people who follow your blog while not logged into a WordPress.com account) and you have one follower in there, probably your niece.

Do they load, for example, at the second link in Chrome but not in the first link in IE, or does neither link load in either browser?
