My stats have vanished

  My stats from before May 2nd have disappeared from. I don’t know how to go about restoring them. Any ideas?

  I’m having a problem with my stats page in that the stats are not downloading. If I go to the page, it just freezes, and the referrers, etc., don’t appear. It’s been happening all day. Anyone else having this problem?

  Only staff can help with the stats, which are part of the Jetpack plugin. There’s a Jetpack forum somewhere: if you google it, you should find it.

  grandoldmovies, what browser and version are you using? Some people are saying that Windows 7 is an issue and when they update, the problems go away.

  I have Windows 7, my browser is Google chrome. I haven’t had a problem with this before, only since May 12.

  Yes, that’s exactly what the other person said. Try updating your Windows. For him the problem vanished immediately.

  Thanks @raincoaster but @grandoldmovies You shouldn’t hijack someone’s thread. IN future create your own. This is not the same issue.

  All my stats had disappeared and for some reason the Jetpack plugin had been uninstalled. I simply re-installed it and all my stats are back. I don’t know if this helps you in any way.
