My Stats page is not recording international views. Can you look into it?

  I am not registering international stat numbers. Only Us. Last month someone fixed it and my numbers bounced up for a couple of days, then it stopped recording again. Please see if you can fix it again. Thank you. =Lorna

  Hi Lorna,

  I checked your site’s stats and there aren’t any problems with your stats — everything is working correctly. However, I did notice that in the past you used you get quite a bit of traffic from Facebook. Right now, your Facebook Publicize connection isn’t working, so your posts aren’t being automatically shared to Facebook.

  You can disconnect and reconnect to Facebook on your Sharing settings page to fix that connection to Facebook. That way, your posts can continue being publicized there, encouraging more people to visit your site.

  Hi Rachel,
  I post everything I want to post on Facebook myself. This always includes my monthly forecasts. I appreciate he fact that you checked my stats page, but something is still wrong. Look at my Stat history and you ill see world-wide numbers growing every month, and the suddenly, out of the blue, everything stops all over the planet except USA. Highly doubtful…Could it be that my blog is no longer being seen internationally> I don’t know, but back in June one of your engineers worked on this and he got it all back. My numbers shot way up for 2 days and then back to Us only…This is so strange . Max was the last mechanic to help me, maybe he has some idea. Please review my stat history and I’m sure you will see that something is wrong. Thank you for your patience in this matter. =Lorna

  Hi Lorna,

  I reviewed the conversation you had about this previously here:

  We didn’t make any changes to your stats or blog at that point. It’s likely that the larger number of views you saw after that forum posts were from volunteers and other users in the forums visiting your blog.

  Hi Rachel,
  That’s odd, because in the email Max said he “fixed it” and I suddenly had 17 views from all over the world. Also, isn’t it improbable that I get no international views from one point in time forward when I had so many in previous months. I’m sorry, Rachel, but I still don’t buy that nothing’s wrong…I had 2 views from Great Britain on the day you checked my settings, so maybe I’m back in biz. I didn’t check he numbers yet today…but I will and will let you know in the forum if it’ working again. Once again, thank you for your support. =Lorna
