My stats remain on visitors: 0 and views: 0

My stats are not catching up overnight. They seem to be gone, other than a handful. The little graph at the top of the page looks like a steep cliff!

Although the last two days it seemed that the problem had been resolved since the last midnight figures are again very low.

I’m sure that I had some visitors after I made a new post. But my stats remain the same. It’s like that since noon. -
Yes that little graf indeed looks very sad! Mine seems to get that it is a new hour, so for every hour there’s a “dot”, but it keeps on building on the stack from like 4 hours ago.

Stats started slowing down heavily around 5pm and the 6 pm post shows up as new views yet is active

Not receiving all notices for “likes”. Notifications seem to be the biggest problem now. Stats seem to be working better, but there are still periods where they start to lag.

I’m having the same problem as others on this thread. My stats are not updating today. They are stuck at 2 visitors from early this morning when I know I have had more.

Yes. My stats page seems all out of sorts. Today is my best ever day yet views today is not the same as best ever. My all time views keeps jumping up significantly and then down again. Support say it might be something to do with the new stats interface, but they are not sure at the moment

As happened two days ago, my hourly stats graph shows virtually no visitors for the past three hours at what is normally a peak period, mid-day (noon to 3:00 PM East Coast time).
Also, I just noticed that every one of my last 50 Feedjit visitors is reported to have visited an “unknown landing page.” I will often see a relatively high percentage of “unknown landing page” visits for a while after post and page URLs are inadvertently changed during reorganization of the website, but there have been no changes of that sort on the site for several weeks.

Ordinarily I probably see 1% of the visitors reported by Feedjit going to an “unknown landing page.” Now its 100%.

My blog has the same problem again. Daytime the stats are okay, but from about six o´clock in the evening (Netherlands) the graphiccs on top of the page stay very low!!!

As of a few days ago I seem to be having an issue wherein the total views/visitors displayed for the current day in the stats view either stops updating for a while or resets the numbers to a lower total than it was previously displaying. Eventually, it fixes itself–usually at the end of the day. As far as I can tell, this happens on the desktop–the WordPress app on my android phone shows me a different count. Right now, for example, the phone app is showing 28 more visitors and 50 more views (sometimes the gap is higher).This also seems to have coincided with a general reduction in my views/visitors counts but I guess that might be because fewer people are reading my blog (sob)

It seems a lot of us are having this issue, but I have heard nothing in terms of what is being done to resolve it. When can we expect this to be fixed?

Yep, the stats error is intermittently back, which is annoying because the last I saw my stats were doing quite well. That’s before they went back to zero for the last three hours.

Same thing happened again – at 12.00 midnight (GMT + 8 time zone), my stats count was refreshed and it remained at zero for a while, despite Feedjt Live showing many visitors to my blog.
8 1/2 hours later now…the stats are exceptionally low, about half of what it should be. Hopefully, the stats will be restored later today, as what has been happening in the last 2 days.
The trend can be obviously seen in the hourly stats graph located at the top of blog page.

Yesterday the figures were lower than usual and today at 2 am 0 views, 0 posts viewed.

I would be grateful if you could please — for the third time — check my stats counter which has been off after midnight GMT every night since Monday, January 12.
It is unusual that no one from WP has responded to the four pages of requests here with regard to the reason why this is happening.
Yes, eventually, the stats are updated hours later, but this should not be happening in the first place.
