  Our team made some fixes to this issue, so your stats should start returning to normal now. If you continue to have trouble with your stats not updating correctly, please let me know.

  Also, I want to check in with those of you who reported lower stats than usual. Can you please let me know if that’s still an issue for you now? If it is, please include the following details so I can investigate that for you:

  1. A link to the site/blog with low/missing stats
  2. The dates when the stats are lower than usual

  My stats were unusually low on 9th and 10th January. They improved from 10th January on, but the low days haven’t caught up.

  Maybe suddenly visits to my blog have suffered a fall inexplicable, but seems too casual matching problem is wordpress statistics.

  The average daily visits usually around 2000.
  Yesterday and the day before yesterday I was quite under and now I do not get there. I find it significant in this context problematic in recent days.
  Maybe it’s just a coincidence?

  Hi, my stats improved coupla days ago but they’ve frozen again. I have no way of knowing if I am even receiving the right number of hits because stats tend to be up and down. I would say I have generated a lot more interest online which is not reflected in stats.

  I initially thought my stats page was OK, but now I am not sure. It doesn’t match the Facebook like button OR the home page ticker. There are some hits since the Facebook button problem started (Jan 12th) but drastically decreased the past couple of days. I’m not sure if it’s just the like button issue or the stats page issue now, too.

  Is this problem still ongoing? My total views for last week were almost 40% lower than the previous two weeks. My count last night changed in the evening–showing me a lower total visitors for the week than it had a few hours earlier. And my traffic this morning is way lower than normal.

  Hi guys,

  The stats are again broken today. My blogs stats haven’t updated since about 10.00 this morning and do not match the amount of likes and comments I’ve been getting at all…

  It’s been showing 30 something visitors and 139 views since 10.00 which is far below our average at this time of the day and like I said doesn’t match the other stats of likes and comments.

  My stats appear to be a little skewed. 109 visitors and 600 views, despite earlier it was saying over 200 visits…. Is this a localised problem of more widespread?
