    Hello,
My wordpress stats show #2147483647 (not found) rather than actual post/page title. I’d like to be able to see which pages people are viewing. I think it is a bug. The blog is http://mrivai.com

    Thank you.

    Hi, @someonefromthesky
Your site are not hosted here, on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:

    Cheers.

  • Hi there,

This can happen sometimes when a post or page’s URL is changed, but that change isn’t synced back to the cached copy Jetpack has for your site on our end. So Jetpack doesn’t know the correct post to associate that view with.

It looks like your site hasn’t had a full sync in a while, so I’ve started one now. Give that around 24 hours to complete. Then clear your browser cache and check the stats page again. Let us know if you still see the not found stat at that point.

    ,

The open source WordPress software has no analytics built in, so if any user is asking about stats, it’s either an issue with WordPress.com/Jetpack stats (in which case we can usually help them here), or else it’s an issue with another analytics plugin (in which case it’s better to send them directly to support for that plugin). This is not something the general WordPress.org forums would be able to help with.
