My statues should be starter

  I paid for starter originally. Tried creator, didn’t like it. Downgraded. And now my account is set to free. Instead of starter. And I can’t upgrade to starter (even though I paid for it for 3 years) I get an error saying the starter plan is not compatible anymore please help
