My sticky posts and recent postings sections are out of order

    My posts are out of of order under recent postings. Also, my sticky posts are out of order and I cannot save a new post as sticky. Additionally, I my postings no longer say they are sticky under the posting section, although they all still appear on my wall..

    We have had to recently limit the amount of sticky posts, as sticky posts override all page limits.

    All sticky posts would have needed to load on your blog’s front page, making it take an excess amount of time to load for any visitor and causing some dangerous resource usage on the servers shared by all WordPress.com users.

    If you want to manually order your posts, I recommend sticking with the blog’s default reverse chronological scheme, avoiding sticky posts, and just editing each post’s published date to fit your desired order.

    Your theme relies on sticky posts for the front page, but it’s really a magazine theme, which means it’s meant to be small and concise with no scrolling necessary. I’d say it was designed for really no more than 5 sticky posts.
