My student cannot log into her account

  I am a teacher and my student cannot get her log in to work. We have tried the sign in process, changed her password, etc. and each time it will not allow her to log in to her account. Help please! :)

  Please ask your student to contact us directly via email with whatever information she knows about her account, from the email address she used to sign up for the account, and we will look into it for her.
