Hello!
Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we’re unable to check the delivery status on a per-site basis; it can only be done per email. However, it seems that a random selection of your subscribers did receive an email when you published the post titled “WHILE YOU ARE WAITING,” indicating that the system is functioning as expected.
If you have specific email addresses of subscribers who did not receive the email, we can investigate further to determine if they may have blocked emails from WordPress.com (where the emails are sent from) or if they are still subscribed. Rest assured that only staff members can access the emails you provide, so you can confidently share them in this public forum thread.
Please let us know if you have any further inquiries. We’re here to help!

In addition to what was written here, you should verify that your email service (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) shows the campaign or email notification as having been sent. Look for any errors or bounce-back reports.

@chatchai3865 they are using the subscriptions feature built in to WordPress.com from the Jetpack plugin, so those instructions would not apply here. I hope that clarifies things!
