    Good day! I’m just wondering if you can help me understand the situation?
    As far as I can remember, you already charged me with $18 for my subscription and now I have to pay another $20? What is the $20 for? And I am also confused why I can’t use the domain name that I bought already. Please explain. Thank you very much and more power.
