My subscription is not showing

    When I access the page it says I need to upgrade.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    This whole subscription license is a mess. Every time I try to access Jetpack video press I am confronted with my cc information and billing page despite the fact that I already paid for the service and obtained a license.

    Also, the plugin page that loads to “manage” the videos bounces around in the latest Edge browser as you try to select individual videos. Overall this is a giant mess of a product.

    To help clarify the situation, our records show that your Jetpack VideoPress upgrade was canceled earlier today, and a refund has been processed. This is why you are being asked to upgrade again when trying to access VideoPress. To verify this information, you can view your Billing History page, where you will find all the details regarding your subscription and transactions.

    In regards to the issue you are experiencing with the plugin page in the Edge browser, could you please provide us with a bit more information? Specifically, screenshots of what you are seeing or any error messages that appear would be incredibly helpful. This will enable us to understand and address your issue more accurately. In the meantime, as a potential workaround, I recommend trying a different browser.

    No that is not correct. I cancelled the subscription after experiencing the problem. The overall experience with this plugin was very unpleasant. From the issue with the subscription to the entire UI, it was simply not of the level I would have expected from Automatic.
