    I do not see any upgrades under your @evisindia WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

    This is a public forum. Please don’t post sensitive information like billing-related info here, as it’s visible to anyone with access to the internet. I have removed the transaction details you posted above.

    Your payment is still being processed by Netbanking, so we haven’t received the payment yet. Once the payment completes, your upgrades will be added to your account.

    Netbanking payments can sometimes take a few days, and should it not complete for any reason, you’ll be refunded for your payment automatically.

    We have confirmed that your payment failed on Netbanking’s end, in other words, you were not charged. If you still see a charge on your account, please contact your bank directly to enquire about that.
