My subscription to custom design is expiring in 6 days, but I can't renew

    I can’t renew my custom design subscription. The option doesn’t show up on the “My Upgrades” screen

    I figure out how to do the upgrade by using a different account.

    The custom design upgrade needs to be renewed with the account used to purchase the upgrade: kareninchicago.

    If you’d prefer to purchase the upgrade with another user name (kjeffrey), let me know and I can send you a manual billing request, and then update the expiration date for your upgrade.
