My subscription to WordPress

    Hello, I found out today that a charge was taken from my account for a renewal subscription. I was not aware this was a recurring charge & want to cancel my subscription & receive a refund as I do not use the blog page any more (last entry was in fact January 2019). Please can you help?

  • Hi @nicholasharris56, no worries, we can help with a refund. We do need you to log into the account that’s associated with the upgrade, though. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site. Here’s how you can recover access if needed:
