my support not working

    hello, I hope someone can help me. When I go to my profile no info comes up and as such I am unable to contact support for live chat or anything. I need help fixing this, but I also need VAT receipts for my purchases. When I go to billing nothing appears either. I would attache photos if I could. Basically all I have is blank screen. If I click the help icon it just opens a blank box. I need to talk to someone in support to help with this. I have a premium account.

    If you have a premium plan, you have access to email support and live chat support.

    Thanks, but the issue is that the screens with the links to those supports are not loading the content – just blank screens. Do you have an alternative contact I can send via email?
