My template, Koi, is gone! Can't get it back with custom colors.

  I have had “Koi” as my template and now the pretty design is gone. I can’t seem to get it back. First my custom colors went away and they had been there for a long time. Then when I edited the colors the designs left and I can’t seem to get them back.
