My theme and all my plugins disappeared

    Hello. I have a problem with my website. I ordered a theme from heartenmade.com and built my website ayladade.de with it, also created a shop and everything. Today I wanted to fix a paypal problem and saw that my theme seems to be away and all my plugins too. I don’t know what happened. How can I fix this?

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    I’m not seeing any record of that domain or your site ever being registered or hosted here at WordPress.com.

    Could you have built a site with the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org and hosted it elsewhere?
