my theme doesn't have the 'add theme' function

  dear wordpress,

  i currently downloaded a theme and want to upload it.
  i’ve read couple of tutorial about ‘how to change/upload theme’ as well as the tutorial in wordpress, and realize i don’t have the ‘add theme’ button to even upload the theme i’ve download to upload.
  kindly please assist me in solving this situation of why i don’t have the ‘add theme’ button.

  The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs like your blog are the themes found here http://wordpress.com/themes/

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot:

  upload any third party themes,
  create child themes,
  create our own themes,
  edit templates,
  or use stylesheets from other themes.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can create themes, upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, and edit the database, etc. Learn about the differences here. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  i’ve read couple of tutorial

  The only tutorial that applies to your WordPress.com blog is linked to the bottom of your Admin page at http://learn.wordpress.com

  The only support documentation that applies to your WordPress.com blog is also linked to the bottom of your Admin page at http://en.support.wordpress.com

  I was actually referring to ‘Adding new theme using the administration panel’ in this link: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Themes

  My wordpress doesn’t have the ‘add theme’ in my administration panel, which confuse me why others have and mine doesn’t.
