My theme is displaying code at the comment page

  For some reason in the area where you leave a comment you can see strings of html code. Its very unsightly and I am wondering how I can remove it? I haven’t touched any CS or edited anything, straight wordpress.com theme.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Guessing (since I can’t see your blog) I would say what you are seeing is the list of allowed markup for comments. Some themes here show that so that commenters will know what markup is allowed when writing comments. Not all themes show it. It was the theme designer’s choice.

  It typically can be removed (depending on the way things are structured in the markup and CSS) if you have CSS editing experience and the paid CSS upgrade.
