My theme is gone […] my website looks different
Do you mind clarifying what you mean by ‘gone’? Do you mean you accidentally changed it to another one?
If so:
If you want to go back to the original theme, you’ll need to find it in https://wordpress.com/themes and activate it by selecting the Activite this Design button. https://wordpress.com/support/themes/#activate-a-theme
(You don’t need to do that if you want to keep the theme you now have.)
You may find the old pages and/or posts in the Drafts by going to My Site > Site > Pages > Drafts or My Site > Site > Posts > Drafts. You’ll need to republish these by selecting them, and clicking ‘Publish’ in the top right-hand corner.

You can also delete the new theme’s page/post templates by going to My Site > Site > Pages or My Site > Site > Posts, finding the template, clicking the three dots and selecting Bin.

You may need to do some editing in the Customiser, especially of menus and any CSS.You might also wish to read https://wordpress.com/support/themes/#my-content-and-switching-themes for further information.
