My theme is retired and I need it back please

Hi, I have tried all the ways to get a theme back that we had previously purchased. How can I get this back?

Hi there! Do you recall the name of the retired theme in question? We can try to check up on it; though I should note that retired themes don’t receive updates to keep them current with the WordPress software updates; and that can mean that the theme doesn’t work as well as it used to.

Thanks for confirming. We are able to restore your purchased theme, but doing so will automatically switch your site from the currently activated theme (Gateway) and to use Dynamic News once it is recovered.
Changes like this can be difficult to predict, so I want to confirm before proceeding. To clarify, no content on your site will be lost, no risk there. But the theme may need some setup to look as it did before it was removed, so at the time of activation the site may not appear as you wish without some work.

If you do not see the same please note that you may need to clear your browser cache (or skip cache by visiting in an incognito window) to see the change.
