My theme layout is shredded???!!! :O

Hi, as I checked my two accounts today I realised that the theme layout is completely messed up, and that the cusomizing tool isn’t available. If anyone visits any of my blogs while they look like this – and we’re talking Complete MESS!!! – then I’m bound to loose potential followers, for sure.
If WordPress is doing maintenance work that affects their users accounts, then you need to make that clear to everyone – users and visitors alike! How about adding a sign that clarifies that things will look messy until all work has been carried out and completed?
The current state is just totally unacceptable, and I, for one, need to know for how long my blog will be nonfunctional.
Please give me a clarifying answer fast, thank you.

Hello there, are you referring to your site at sourcelight.wordpress.com? If so, please take a screenshot of what you are seeing and upload it to your Media Library. Then post a link to it here so that we can have a look.
When looking at your above site right now, (temp screenshot) I don’t see anything unusual for the Gateway theme, but perhaps I misunderstand what is completely messed up.

Yes, it is, however, the phenomenon is currently disrupting both my blog accounts, and can be seen using two different browsers. (I use the same template on both accounts, might that be it)

Hello again, Which site do you need help with? The second site you’ve linked to at https://www.sourcehealing.me/ is not hosted here on WordPressdotcom.
If you are referring to sourcelight.wordpress.com, as a fellow user I cannot see your media library directly, but Staff can. Once you confirm this is the site you need help with, I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance or you can do so yourself by adding the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of the forum thread sidebar.

Hi, thanks for your reply! It seems to have been a wordpress maintenance issue, both wordpress accounts got back to normal after a day or so.
