My Theme was replaced by another with the same name

    I am building a new site and purchased the Fortune Theme from Themes Harbor. After installing the theme last week and adding a bunch of pages i parked the project until today.

    On going to my site today I discovered that my theme has been replaced by the identically named Fortune theme from WebHunt Themes.

    How do I correct this (I cannot upload and re-activate the correct theme as the theme directory named “fortune” already exists…

    Also how do I prevent this unrequested change from occurring again?

    Your site at http://landrailfirearms.live-website.com/ is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

    Here in the WordPress.com forums we can only help with your WordPress.com site, donaldmcleancontractors.com, which is currently using the Prosperity theme by Themes Harbor, which is included in your WordPress.com Business Plan. Based on our logs, the WordPress.com site has had Prosperity active since September last year.

    We do also offer a theme called Fortune by the same theme shop, but that theme has never been active on your WordPress.com site.
