  My thumbnail images are not showing when I upload my PDF eBooks. All I am getting is a blank grey PDF icon

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Yes, you’re right. PDF files uploaded to the Media Library will be shown as a grey PDF icon. Only images and videos will have the thumbnail displayed.

  I have managed to get my PDF images uploaded now to my media file but when I upload it to my download page it only shows the title.
