My timezone changed to an hour later!

I just noticed this evening that the display time on the stats page for both of my blogs (my other one is http://onomasticsoutsidethebox.wordpress.com/) has mysteriously set itself an hour later. I tried to change it back under Settings, and even after seeing it was indeed still set to EST and saving, the wrong time is still showing up. This just happened today, and I have no idea what’s going on or how to fix it.
