My toolbar in my write post disappeared

  Today I logged on and somehow lost the toolbar in the write new post visual section. I can’t bold, italicize, add pictures through this venue. How do I get it back?

  Sometimes the rich text editor turns itself off, for no reason we can find. Reset it at Dashboard — > Profile. If that’s not it, then try refreshing the page a couple of times. That generally does the trick for me.

  Once you have it, hit alt-v for a useful surprise.

  HT to ozrisk ALT-V will work in IE and if you are using FireFox then try SHIFT-ALT-V and you will see a very helpful surprise indeed :)
