My tposts don't appear in wordpress reader when I search for them

  Hi there, I have multiple posts that I’ve tagged with a variety of things like Health, Healthy, Beetroot, Auckland Garden Design Festival, Inspiration etc. However, when I do a search for those tags on WordPress (not Google) my posts don’t appear in the search results. Is there something wrong with my site? How do I get my tags to work? Please help.

  Howdy,

  Could you send me links to a couple of posts that aren’t working? From skimming your posts, it appears that some of them have more than 15 total tags and categories assigned to them. To help ensure our Reader is displaying the most relevant content for each tag, we do limit the Reader search to posts that have less than 15 total tags/categories.

  Thanks so much for your reply. I removed the tags from heaps of my posts to less than 15 and I was able to find one of them but others are a little harder. Perhaps it’s because they were posted a day or two ago and so are too far down the feed for me to see.

  I couldn’t find this under food

  And I couldn’t find this under garden

  I’ll post something new today and see if that works. Thank you once again.

  Anytime! I checked using our internal tool to verify that those particular posts matched those particular tags. Both reported that they’re included, though you’re likely right that they’re likely pushed down a fair bit by now. The Food tag is pretty popular!
