My Tumbler stats don't reflect 13 new followers, why?

  Tumbler stats not correct. Got notified by email that I’ve gotten 13 new Tumbler followers since Saturday but my Tumbler follower stats don’t reflect that increase. Can someone tell me why? Thank you.
