my tumblr import stopped

I’m running an import from my tumblr to wordpress, everything was going to smoothly until it stopped at 53380. There hasn’t been any progress for four days so I wanted to ask if you could please reset the import for me.

I’ve reset the importer tool. You can now try again. Before you begin make sure that WordPress.com and Tumblr are both authenticated and connected to one another. There shouldn’t be any duplications with the import it will skip over what’s already been done.

the importer did reset, but when I try to click it instead of the importer starting it shows a message that says “You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete. If you need any further assistance please contact support.”
but I don’t have any other imports running. I’ve tried signing out, and signing in, refreshing the page, but every time I click “import this blog” I get that message. -
Our logs show you have run the importer several times after Liz had reset it for you yesterday. So you likely did have an import still running at the time you saw that message.
Our logs show the last import on the site has failed, so I’ve reset the importer for you again.
