My Twitter handle on my share button is not updating.

  I changed dmy twitter handle from @thewanderinpoet to @wanderinpoet and updated the name on the sharing section in the dashboard but the share button still shows the old handle, @thewanderinpoet.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
