You’re already able to talk to a “live” person here in the forums. :)
If you’re referring to live chat support, that is only available to yearly Premium and above plan owners. But I’m confident that we can get you sorted here.
With that said, can you give us more information into what you need help with? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

I have a paid five year GoDaddy account which includes Word Press on one account.
The other account I want information regarding a email I received this morning.It’s confusing and needs to get sorted out.

If you’re with GoDaddy, that means you’re using the WordPress software from WordPress.org.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
As for the email, what is the content of the email, and what email address was it sent from?
