my two premium domains were cancelled and refunded?

  Hello sir, I had two purchased premium fully functioning domains on wordpress, but why should you cancel and refunded my two domains, why? this is unacceptable….
  my two domains were ( jumiacash.com and globinances.com )

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)
