my unsername is unknown – i cant enter the wordpress dashboard – site not existant?

Dear team
since 2 days I simply cannot acces word press anymore. it seems as if our site (very simple site for a small medical center : http://www.riversideimc.com ) is just not existing for wordpress any longer . i really do not know what happened . i tried with the username that I remember and with the e mail link – nothing ..
it means that I cannot change in the site anything and I am even not sure if the name is still ‘mine’.
the site appears when You search it (it didnt 2 days ago but he host put it back online) but no acces to my wordpress account
