  I’ve updated my card so you can make an automatic renewal, but you haven’t done it and you’re still sending me emails asking me to pay but I can’t see where I can do this as it ought to be automatic…

  Ive done that over and over but I just kept getting a box suggesting I get an upgrade – nowhere to klick on renew my account. My card had expired which you pointed out, so I put in the new details but then wasn’t able to renew as you suggested.

  I want to renew thethinkingwomanandme.com

  I thought it renewed automatically but my card needed updating and now the WordPress renew button just takes me to ‘upgrade purchases’. There might be confusion because I see there’s still a site by me called https://thinkingwomansblog.wordpress.com/
  Which I don’t want because I did it when I was first being told what to do.

  OK, I found that site but it is under another account. https://thinkingwomansblog.wordpress.com/ is the only site on this account.

  Did you get any email reminders about your upgrade renewals? If so, those were sent to the address of the correct account. Try logging out, then logging in again using that email address.
