My upgrade doesn't seem to be working.

  I purchased the premium upgrade (Receipt #4888721) and can’t seem to access some of the features. My domain doesn’t seem to point automatically to changes I make in the WordPress side and vice versa. When I click on “Custom Design”, which I thought was included in the upgrade, I’m invited to upgrade to access those features.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  After looking into your account, I found that there was a duplicate blog attached to your account. I’m sorry about that – that was our fault. I have deleted the duplicate blog, and you should be set now!
