My upgrade has been charged but I haven't received the benefits.

  I have been charged $99 for a premium upgrade (which is due for renewal on 5th Dec) but ‘My Upgrades’ wordpress screen shows

  “You don’t currently have any active subscriptions on WordPress.com, If you would like to customize your sites look or feel, or add a custom domain, you should consider purchasing an upgrade in our Store”

  In fact the upgrade to the domain I had requested for almost a year back has also not happened. Request you to look into this and if you feel that I have not been given the benefits of the upgrade then request you to reverse the charge.

  Else please advise on best way forward because I would like to continue, in fact start my blog, with wordpress, with the proper upgrade included.

  Hi there,

  This is a bit strange. I see that you have purchased 2 WordPress.com Premium upgrades, but they were both canceled and refunded via your account December 29th, 2013.

  Can you try repurchasing the Premium upgrade and add your domain as you did the first time?
