My upgrades

    My upgrades for ‘No ads’ and ’10 Gb’ storage have just expired.

    How can I reactivate them, please?

    If the expiry means that you can’t see them in Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades anymore (check there first), I believe you can reactivate them in Dashboard > Store. Let us know if you have further questions.

    They’re showing up under Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades as being Status Expired. They don’t let you click on anything to be able to reactivate them.

    They’re not showing at all in Dashboard > Store. It shows all of the other upgrades available, just not the the 10GB one.

    Hmm, sounds strange. The button isn’t showing up in the top right corner in My Upgrades, as in this picture (above the price listing)? I’ve tagged this thread for staff assistance, so you should hear something soon. If you find it while you’re waiting for their answer, please let us know.

    No, I’m not getting any buttons above the price listing. Just the details below with no option to upgrade or reactivate them.

    I appreciate I should have sorted it before they expired, but would have thought it would have been possible to reactivate them afterwards somehow?

    You should be able to buy the upgrades again if you can’t get to the account that owns the upgrades – you might need to staff to clear the expired upgrade for you to buy it again –

    On the good side other than having some ads show up at some time – no content is lost – you just can’t upload new media

    Any idea how I can get staff to clear the expired upgrade. I couldn’t see an option under Support to contact them directly. The only option seemed to be to add something onto here.

    Hello Phil,

    I have just taken a look into your account. Currently your No Ads upgrade is expired. To renew this upgrade please have the upgrade owner log in and click renew now from the upgrades page. Please note that only the account owner can renew upgrades.
