My upgrades

  We tried to renew our upgrades “Keine Werbeanzeigen / No Ads” and “Individuelles Design / Custom Design” for our Blog, but after filling the upgrades in the shopping card and filling out the credit card form fields nothing happened. There is only a message “Do you want to renew your upgrades” but without any response fields. What can we do to renew our upgrades?

  Hello there,

  I clicked the link and there is a list of my Upgrades and the name of my Admin-Colleague who has purchased the Upgrade but without any button to renew my Upgrades. Unfortunately I can not plubish a screenshot here to show you my view. If I change to the WP-Store there is also no upgrades “Keine Werbeanzeigen / No Ads” and “Individuelles Design / Custom Design” listed.

  Why is WordPress so difficult to use for Beginners? :-(

  Hi there.

  Only the user who made the original purchase can renew upgrades. The user account from which you are contacting me is not the one affiliated with the upgrade.

  If you want to renew the custom domain name, (plmblog.contact-software.com/), the original purchaser must do so. He or she can go to Store → My Upgrades and renew the expired domain name. It is important to do this quickly, as it is currently redeemable, but as the days pass, you will incur a late charge, and it becomes more difficult to regain control of the domain.

  On the other hand, as your Custom Design and No Ads expired, you can simply purchase them, just as you would do it for the first time. Go to your site’s Dashboard and click Store to add them to your site. Or, you can simply click here to buy those upgrades:
